The Full Armor of God and Self Care

 Have you ever noticed that one of the benefits for the Christian for self-care is to put on the full armor of God. I never made that connection before until today, the reason why it’s so important is I don’t really know how to take care of myself the right way. People often will take care of others very well, but neglect themselves, and now I wanna take care of myself like I took care of my children and maybe even as good as I take care of my dog.

The full armor of God has all the answers putting on the full armor of God from Ephesians chapter 6.

Step one, read Ephesians chapter 6 and ask yourself what is God practically in a practical sense asking me to do in this passage and am I doing it? I mean on a scale of one to 10 am I putting on the belt of truth? This is a place to begin.
